Come join us for our Gateway to Fall MKAL starting October 1st.
Fall MKAL Logo (WinCE).jpg

I am really excited about this design. It is a rectangular shawl done in 2 colors of fingering weight and worked from side to side with the option of adding accent beads and a single button closure. A boldly, striped knit with some lacy details, it is relaxing to knit, but with enough variety to keep you thoroughly entertained.

Plus there is not a huge final clue this time! Actually every clue is about the same number of stitches.

More details are on the Gateway to Fall pattern page and in the Setup Clue!

The 8 clues will be spread out over 7 weeks with simple, non-stressful sections released each week.

If you’ve never done a Mystery Knit Along before, you are in for a treat. Discovering the mystery along with your fellow knitters is the best, so come join us!

Clue #2 – Friday, October 4th

We have again worked very closely with Stunning String Studio to create “Gateway to Fall” yarn kits in our favorite color combinations.

They are slightly different this time. The Full Kit with beads and button are all done with the new colorway Charcoal as the contrast color and you can pick your main color.

If you don’t want to use Charcoal, you can pick both your colors in the Yarn Only Kit.

You can find them both here. Kits will begin shipping mid-September according to Stunning String.

Plus, purchase by September 9th and get discounted Early Bird Pricing!

So come join us in our Ravelry Group, we’re having a blast!

Released today is our newest shawl, the 2nd in a new series.

Pattern is written for either fingering or worsted weight.

Available by itself, or as part of our newest eBook.

Today we released Trilinear, our newest shawl in the Graduating Stripes Series!

This triangular shaped shawl is knit in stockinette stitch from the top down, with an I-Cord bindoff.  Pattern is written for lace, fingering and aran weight yarns.

It is also part of our new eBook that contains the other shawls in this series, Diffraction and Sonar.

Recently, we’ve released two new shawl patterns in our Graduating Stripes Series.

First was Diffraction, a rectangular shawl with unique construction from the inside working out using Judy’s Magic Cast On.

I can’t wait to make this up in some variegated and slow color changing yarns. It is such an easy pattern that it’s perfect for travel and TV knitting.

Next up was our new Sonar Shawl.  Knit top down in a semi-circular shape with the graduating stripes, it is a striking shawl that is very cozy and easy to wear.
