Stitches West – Booth Help

Stitches West is fast approaching and Stunning String is looking for some physical help and some sales help before, during and after the show with our four booths.

We are offering up to $15 per hour (more money to spend at the show!), 40% off Stunning String purchases during the show, a Stunning String t-shirt to wear while working with us, and a show floor admission badge.

The hours we are looking for are:
Setup:
Wednesday, Feb 22nd – noon-6pm
Thursday, Feb 23rd – 8am-noon & noon-4pm

Sales Help:
Thursday, Feb 32rd – 4:45pm-8pm
Friday, Feb 24th – 9:45am-2pm & 2pm-6pm
Saturday, Feb 25th – 9:45am-2pm & 2pm-6pm
Sunday, Feb 26th – 9:45am-1pm & 1pm-4pm

Tear Down Help:
Sunday, Febr 26th – 4pm – 7pm

Setup doesn’t involve any heavy lifting. We have over 1000 pegs to fill with several skeins of yarn, accessories, and kits. So you will be putting yarn on a peg (snuggling it as you go is always allowed).

Sales Help is assisting customers, bagging items, etc. There is no cash handling involved and we will always be there if you have questions or need more information. You will be on your feet the entire time, so good shoes are important.

Tear Down Help is packaging up all the yarn and accessories, breaking down the booth and packing it onto the van. The majority of this does not involve heavy lifting, but packing up.

If you would like to limit your hours per day, please tell us that here.  For example if you marked that you are available all day Friday, but you only want to work one shift, mark both above and add a note here.  If you have any classes or commitments that will require you to be late or leave early, please note those here.
