Come along with us as we virtually travel across the country and have lots of summer fun along our way.
Every week will have a new contest with the chance for participants to win prizes!
There will be food, fun and laughter as we venture into our third pattern in our year of Mystery Knit Along’s where we learn something new. This pattern we are focusing on traveling stitches.
We will be knitting a large, easy to wear 2 color shawl in fingering weight yarn that uses highly contrasted yarn and traveling stitches to create interesting patterns and lace. This shawl is a uniquely shaped square back, triangle shawl. Beading is optional, but a great introduction to using beads.
The clues will be spread out over 8 weeks with simple, non-stressful sections released each week.
If you’ve never done a Mystery Knit Along before, you are in for a treat. Discovering the mystery along with your fellow knitters is the best.
Each Clue will be added to the one(s) previous, so in the end, you’ll have the final pattern in whole.
The MKAL discussions will be in the Wild Prairie Knits group, so come and join us.
